Due to the custom and digital nature of our services (web development, software development, custom EXE applications, hosting, and related products), most services and deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered. This policy explains our limited refund and cancellation terms.

No Refunds Policy
Custom development, software, EXE files, completed websites, or activated hosting services are generally NON-CANCELLABLE once delivered or access is granted.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before work begins
Full refund (minus setup/deposit fees) if no work started.
Within 48 hours of payment
Possible partial refund (at our discretion) if minimal work done.
After work commencement
No cancellations or refunds provided as resources are committed.
6. Payments Forfeited on Violation
⚠️ No refunds will be issued, and any payments may be forfeited, if your account or access is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse.
